MEETING SCHEDULE

For July's meeting, we had two presenters!
Read below about their informative presentations.

Pictured above:  Dale Kanterman from  "A View to Your Health, LLC" shining a light onto the results of Patty Murphy's Ionic Foot Bath.   Thanks Patty, for donating your feet!

Dale Kanterman from “A View to Your Health, LLC” demonstrated the Ionic Cleanse Footbaths. Ionic footbaths purify the body more effectively and faster than any herbal or fasting protocols, with little or no stress to the client. I want to thank Patty Murphy for being our "test model". We were all amazed at what that water looked like after 30 minutes! (pictured above) For more information, go to http://www.aviewtoyourhealth.com or contact Dale at dale@aviewtoyourhealth.com

Pictured above:  Yvonne Stern, of All Seasons Wellness, educating the group on the Benefits of Organic Food.

Yvonne Stern, a Certified Holistic Health Counselor and owner of All Seasons Wellness, presented “The Benefits of Organic Food”.   Yvonne's presentation was such a wealth of information. She shared the "dirty dozen" (the top 12 produce with the highest in pesticides / these are the ones you should buy organic), and the "cleanest 12" (the ones lowest in pesticides). She taught us how to read produce labels and know which ones are truly "organic", and she supplied us with links to websites so we can be truly informed!  It was "EYE OPENING"!  For more information, go to www.allseasonswellness.com  or contact Yvonne at yvonne@allseasonswellness.com

Our meetings are held the first Tuesday of each month from 7 to 9 pm at

DATES OF FUTURE MEETINGS:

September 9, 2008: Patty Murphy, Certified Rolfer, will be presenting a demonstration on Rolfing.
“Imagine living in a flexible and balanced body that is free of pain, stiffness and chronic stress. Imagine your body at ease with itself and able to adapt to life's physical, mental and emotional challenges. This is what you can expect from Rolfing, the highly respected process of soft tissue manipulation that balances and realigns your body by releasing tension and strain.”
Patty Murphy has been a massage therapist for over 6 years now, and in her quest to find something more to help her clients reach their potential, she continued on to become a Certified RolferTM.  Patty will address what Rolfing® Structural Integration is all about, the differences between Rolfing and ‘a really deep massage’, and give a demonstration of a Rolfing session.
